Inner peace & connection
While I initially started practicing yoga for the physical benefits in my late teens, it has become so much more to me over the past few years, ever since I started exploring its depth and true essence. During my time in NYC I deepened my practice and found inspiration from different teachers and lineages of yoga. For me yoga is about finding inner peace through meditation, connecting with my body through conscious breathing and movement, being compassionate towards myself and others, and bringing positive change into this world. Yoga has become one of my most powerful tools for healing and empowerment.
I did my 200hr Vinyasa yoga teacher training together with The Sacred Fig in Portugal, under the guidance of Anton Brandt. My Vinyasa classes are energizing and draw influences from various yoga styles such as Hatha, Katonah, Bikram and Jivamukti, with a good amount of pranayama and meditation. I also offer classes in Yoga Nidra. My aim as a yoga teacher is to create a space for my students to explore, connect and find peace within themselves.
